A woman who alleges her father died after being given a tainted blood thinner has appealed a judge's decision to toss out the $20 million lawsuit she filed over the incident. Attorney Yarbi Sallee in her notice contends Circuit Court Judge Russell Simmons erred when he dismissed all parts of the Anderson County Circuit Court lawsuit she filed over her dad's death. The case has been sent on to the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
